UK Census reveals Sikh community growth of 24%

Findings from the 2021 UK Census of Population have revealed the Sikh community has grown to over 524k since the last census in 2011.

The 2011 Census showed 423,000 Sikhs lived in the UK, meaning a Sikh population growth of 24%, making the community now 0.9% of the entire population of the UK.
